The incidence of subjects with standing SBP <85 mmHg given vardenafil and terazosin to achieve simultaneously the amount of time at the maximum concentration in serum (Tmax) led to early termination of that arm of the study. The elimination half-life of the metabolite M1 is between 3 to 5 hours.
